{"id":7941,"date":"2022-09-16T21:12:47","date_gmt":"2022-09-16T21:12:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.intergate.net.br\/blog\/?p=7941"},"modified":"2026-05-06T17:22:45","modified_gmt":"2026-05-06T20:22:45","slug":"experiencia-do-cliente-no-atendimento-por-chat-bots-das-empresas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.intergate.net.br\/blog\/experiencia-do-cliente-no-atendimento-por-chat-bots-das-empresas\/","title":{"rendered":"Experi\u00eancia do cliente no atendimento por chat bots das empresas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A nova pesquisa&nbsp;Panorama Mobile Time\/Opinion Box \u2013 Mensageria no Brasil, agosto de 2022, entrevistou <strong>2.073 brasileiros com mais de 16 anos de idade que acessam a Internet e possuem smartphone e revela que 89% dos usu\u00e1rios do WhatsApp j\u00e1 conversaram com <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intergate.net.br\/blog\/como-melhorar-a-experiencia-do-cliente\/\">rob\u00f4s no atendimento com empresas<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No Facebook Messenger, menos da metade dos usu\u00e1rios (40%) j\u00e1 conversaram com bots. No Telegram, s\u00e3o 33% e no Instagram Direct 29% dos seus usu\u00e1rios j\u00e1 conversaram com bots por esse canal, o que reitera a populariza\u00e7\u00e3o do uso de chatbots no Brasil e o grau de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o do consumidor brasileiro com essa forma de atendimento automatizado em cada um dos canais.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Analisando os dados de compara\u00e7\u00e3o por faixa et\u00e1ria, os mais jovens s\u00e3o os que mais tiveram a experi\u00eancia de atendimento automatizado conversacional no WhatsApp \u2014 ou pelo menos s\u00e3o os que mais se deram conta disso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No grupo de 16 a 29 anos, 92% j\u00e1 conversaram com chatbots no aplicativo. Na faixa de 30 a 49 anos, s\u00e3o 91%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre aqueles com 50 anos ou mais, a propor\u00e7\u00e3o cai para 81%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre as pessoas das classes A e B, 91% declaram j\u00e1 ter conversado com <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intergate.net.br\/blog\/intergate-integra-blip-vtex\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rob\u00f4s no WhatsApp<\/a>, contra 88% daquelas das classes C, D e E. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 diferen\u00e7a na an\u00e1lise entre homens e mulheres.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/intergate.net.br\/conector\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"135\" src=\"https:\/\/www.intergate.net.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/conectorEcommerce_.png\" alt=\"Intergate-INtegra\u00e7\u00f5es SAP Business One e Totvs Protheus\" class=\"wp-image-7974\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.intergate.net.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/conectorEcommerce_.png 660w, https:\/\/www.intergate.net.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/conectorEcommerce_-300x61.png 300w, https:\/\/www.intergate.net.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/conectorEcommerce_-150x31.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Os chatbots ganham mais espa\u00e7o, mas o grau de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o ainda patina<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A<strong>pesar de os aplicativos de mensageria serem muito usados pelos brasileiros, h\u00e1 bastante espa\u00e7o para que o atendimento por bots seja melhorado<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pesquisa Panorama Mobile Time\/Opinion Box \u2013 Mensageria no Brasil descobriu que 42% das pessoas que j\u00e1 conversaram com rob\u00f4s pelo WhatsApps aplicativo se dizem satisfeitos com essa experi\u00eancia \u2014 deram notas 4 ou 5 em uma escala de 1 a 5 em que 1 significa muito insatisfeito e 5, muito satisfeito. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outros <strong>37% disseram estar insatisfeitos<\/strong> (notas 1 e 2) e 31%, nem satisfeitos nem insatisfeitos (nota 3). A nota m\u00e9dia dos bots no WhatsApp \u00e9 de 3,2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As melhores notas foram obtidas pelos rob\u00f4s no Telegram (3,9) e no Instagram (3,7), mas como ainda h\u00e1 poucos casos de uso, a compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o WhatsApp pode ser injusta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com cliente via aplicativos de mensageria<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Os n\u00fameros da pesquisa refor\u00e7am que os aplicativos de mensageria comp\u00f5em o ambiente mais usado para a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o entre empresas e clientes<\/strong> para diversos objetivos, desde para tirar d\u00favidas ou pedir informa\u00e7\u00f5es, receber suporte t\u00e9cnico, receber promo\u00e7\u00f5es, comprar produtos e servi\u00e7os e cancelar servi\u00e7os. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apenas uma pequena parcela dos usu\u00e1rios do WhatsApp (5%) considera inadequado conversar com as marcas por este tipo de canal. Entre os usu\u00e1rios do Facebook Messenger o percentual que t\u00eam a mesma opini\u00e3o \u00e9 de 25%. No caso do Telegram, 12% pensam igual.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>O WhatsApp \u00e9 o mais utilizado na comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com marcas e empresas (81%)<\/strong>, seguido por Instagram Direct (66%), Telegram (54%) e Facebook Messenger (52%).
